END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR CASE SOFTWARE CENTER
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:

This Case End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Case Western Reserve University for the software product(s) included within, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and that of any individual EULA contained within for which you download, copy, or otherwise use software. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Software packages contained within the Case Software Center are provided for the sole use of ACTIVE faculty, staff and students of Case Western Reserve University. They are valid for as long as you remain an active faculty, staff or student of the university AND the license agreement between Case and specific Software Vendor remains in effect.  Upon termination as a faculty, staff, or student of the University, or upon termination of the license agreement, you are required and agree to REMOVE/DELETE all software downloaded to your personal notebook and/or desktop computer that originated from the Case Software Center.  Any attempt to bypass authentication by providing false information or using other means to illegally obtain, duplicate or distribute this software is in violation of the university's Information Services Ethics Policy and will be grounds for termination or dismissal.

By downloading this software, I acknowledge that if I violate the restrictions of this EULA, or the restrictions of a EULA for any of the SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, that I will be solely responsible for those actions and that I may be subject to legal liability in accord with the terms and conditions of the EULA. I further understand that Case reserves the right to terminate my access to the Case Software Center if I violate this EULA or the EULA for any of the Software Products.

I certify that I have fully read this EULA and that I understand its terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
